The Value Turbine is a system- and flow oriented business model for structured information about the business and analysis and follow up of the business performance.
All the cross sections between the blades depends on eachother and their content is needed to describe the business. The whole, the processes, the relationships and the dynamics are in focus.
W H Y
To solve a complex reality, before, during or after great challenges.
Many different business models and ideas compete within management. Every one with their own way of reasoning, for example agile methods or project control, from ISO- or GMP-models, logistics or financials control models. The Value Turbine is a simple way to structure the business, avoid detours, and care for what is needed to make the business work.
Together we strengthen the decision abilities and avoid isolated islands and silos, and create the drag and profit needed.
H O W
We work with your business, the context and its content in a series of seminars and workshops, for example within The Value Exchanger program.
We go through the Turbine blade by blade and create a coherent view on the included business areas, its content and function. We look at the relationships between the drawers and analyze the needs and tools to make the management and business efficient.
We also look at measurements and performance (CBI's or KPI's) for the content in each drawer and how it contributs to the whole, as the Turbine is an excellent scorecard.
The Turbine is also a good basis for the management system, and for structuring different IT-system solutions, to follow up and get overview over the business.
G O A L
The goal is to create shared views, new guidelines and an overview over the business.
We get a road map where we see how the different parts comes together in the business and how the processes contributes to the business result.
By this, the business managers may easily and focused:
- structure, setting priorities, ing and manage the business whole as well as all its parts
- make safe and deployed decisions, coordinate, communicate and cooperate
- create clear plans, policies and guidelines for the business
